• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or fit preference.
• If we made the mistake — defective, misprinted, or wrong item shipped — we will replace it or refund you.
• Report quality issues within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
• Approved replacements are re-printed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or clearly different from what you ordered. Because every piece is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for size, fit, color shade, or change of mind.

• Wrong size ordered — please check the size guide before purchasing.
• Change of mind or no longer wanted.
• Normal wear, washing, or damage after delivery.
• Items reported more than 14 days after delivery.

1. Email us at splitsecondfinish@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue (defect, misprint, or incorrect item).
3. We review within 2 business days. If approved, we will email you a confirmation with next steps.
4. Replacement shipping: We re-print and ship approved replacements within 5–10 business days. You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.
5. Refunds: If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If we sent you the wrong product, size, or color, that's on us. Email us at splitsecondfinish@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship the correct item immediately at no extra cost.
